Returns
We have taken time in selecting high quality products, and hope that you will be as pleased with them as we are.
However, if for any reason you are disappointed with them, you can return them for a full refund (excluding postage
and packaging) within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
The goods must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
If your goods are found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us so that we can arrange for replacement of the
goods (including postal costs), or a full refund (including postal costs).
Hopscotch Learning cannot be held responsible for any goods posted to us and not received. A certificate of posting
is recommended.
